How To: Pennywise Inspired Makeup For This Halloween

I had so much fun creating this How To: Clown Makeup Inspiration For This Halloween. Since all the beauty gurus are creating an exact Pennywise, from the new movie “IT,” I decided to do something a little different.

Clown Makeup Tutorial

Here is my Pennywise halloween makeup look, but with a twist of my own. Boy, do I love how it came out!. Instead of doing the typical stark white and red appearance, I decided to ditch the white skin, stick to pale skin instead and include a lot of black.

This is my own sinister Pennywise Look. I mainly used the Make Up For Ever Flash color palette and my Morphe 35b Eyeshadow Palette to create this look.

Unfortunately, I actully ran out of my Urban Decay Eyeshadow primer. So for this look, I highly recommend you apply an eyeshadow primer so your eyeshadow does not crease throught the night.

On the other hand, what I think made this look 10x better was the color contacts. They made a huge difference by takeing this look to a whole new level! Word of caution though, when purchasing halloween contacts make sure you consult with an ophthalmologist to ensure correct size and options so you don’t cause irreversalble damage to your eyes. There are many websites that promote colored contacts that are not good so be careful.
